Laci Lianne Hamm

February 24, 1965 – December 8, 2025

Laci Lianne Hamm, age 60, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in Baytown, Texas. She was born on February 24, 1965, in Oslo, Norway, and lived a life filled with adventure, warmth, and love.

Laci was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Major David L. Henson, retired USAF, and Marilyn McCurnin Henson, as well as her brothers, Duane Henson and Steven Henson.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Dacia Hudson; son-in-law, Jeremy Hudson; and her two adored granddaughters, Makayla and Brooklynn Hudson, of whom she was proud. She is also survived by her brother, Keith Henson; sister, Marjorie Parra; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews whom she loved deeply.

Laci lived a life marked by adventure and resilience, moving often and embracing each new chapter with enthusiasm. She truly never met a stranger and had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcome and valued wherever she went.

Throughout her life, she explored many different career paths, but the one closest to her heart was her most recent role as a paraprofessional with Goose Creek ISD. She thoroughly enjoyed her work and took great pride in supporting students each and every day.

Laci had many passions, but none rivaled her unwavering love for her family—or her lifelong devotion to the Kansas City Chiefs. Her vibrant spirit, kind heart, and infectious warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her legacy of love, laughter, and strength will live on through her family and the countless lives she touched.
